IsFixedTimeStep doesnt work, but i got a fix

Hello all,

First of all, nice framework. Yesterday I started working with it and it's nice to enable 2d games in silverlight :) Alltough my game have a fixed timestep and i saw it wasn't working correctly in the framework. So i modified the code. If you have the same issue, just change in Game.cs:

public bool IsFixedTimeStep
{
        get;
        set;
}

into:

public bool IsFixedTimeStep
{
            get
            {
                InitializeGameLoop();
                return gameLoop.IsFixedTimeStep;
            }
            set
            {
                InitializeGameLoop();
                gameLoop.IsFixedTimeStep = value;
            }

}

Then it will work :)

Thanks for this, I have checked in this change. I must have broken it when I refactored the game loop logic.
