SilverSprite and GDI++


Silver Sprite does not work with projects using GDI++ since GDI++ was not included in Silverlight like it is in Windows. This is an issue because XNA is compatible with the 2.0 framework where GDI++ is the main graphics API available. GDI++ is able to do a few things that XNA cannot like clipping a region out of an image so it becomes a necessity in 2.0. The reason I know of this is I have a good sized project written with 2.0 that I tried converting to Silverlight with SilverSprite.
