How to Set Build Action to Content

Mar 8, 2010 at 3:59 PM

Hello, I've tried to follow the instructions, and finally was able to build something. But its all background color.

I am new to the Silverlight environment, I've googled but can't find help.

Can you please help me out? I have to set the build action to "Content" , how do I do that?

Thank You.

To set a build action to Content, select one (or many) items in the Solution Explorer, and then in the Properties view (you may need to select "View->Properties Window" to get it to show up) select the Build Action dropdown and choose Content.

If you still have issues with your project please let me know and we can try to figure out what's going wrong.

I'm sorry, but I don't see the drop down menu, and I think the propriety panel is locked when selecting that content.

Here is a screen.

I'm using Expression to make the silverlight application. Should I use VS 2010 maybe?

Yes XNA is very code-centric, not designer centric, so I haven't really spent any time using SilverSprite in Blend.

Yes, I know... I just installed VS2010, I had 2008.. It works now..
