Custom Content Importer

We have a custom content importer for our game we are trying to port to SilverSprite but I'm having issues getting it to build due to assembly conflicts with Microsoft.XNA.Framework.

It seems the content project wants to use version 4.0 of Microsoft.XNA.Framework while in order for me to be able to use the content loaded by my custom content importer in my game, it needs to reference version When I try to build the content project I get this error

Error 13 Building content threw FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Xna.Framework, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7cec85d7bea7798e' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified

So, in short, my question is does SilverSprite/Silverlight support custom content importers and if so, how do I get around this assembly reference issue.
